What HVACPros is
HVACPros is an independent directory that helps homeowners find and compare local heating and cooling companies. We are an information and introduction service. We do not perform HVAC work, and we are not a party to any agreement you make with a company you find here.
No professional or service guarantee
Listings and rankings are provided for general information. While we work to keep information accurate, we don't guarantee the quality, licensing, availability, pricing, or conduct of any company listed. Hiring a contractor is your decision — please verify licensing, insurance, and reviews before you hire, and read any contract carefully.
Using the Service
When you use the Service, you agree that you will not:
- Submit false, misleading, or someone else's information.
- Use the Service for spam, scraping, or any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the site.
- Copy or republish listing data in bulk without our permission.
Information you submit through our forms is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
Business listings and claims
Listings are built from publicly available business information. If you're a business owner, you may claim your listing to verify and update it. By claiming a listing or submitting business details, you confirm you're authorized to act for that business and that the information you provide is accurate. We may edit or remove listings at our discretion, including on request from a verified owner.
Quote requests and introductions
When you request quotes, you're asking us to share your details with local HVAC companies so they can contact you. Any resulting agreement, work, or payment is strictly between you and that company. We're not responsible for it.
Intellectual property
The HVACPros name, design, and original content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable law. You may use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, resell, or create derivative works from it without our written permission.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that information will always be current.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HVACPros will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or from any dealings with companies you find through it.
