Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting and analytics may record basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit. This helps us keep the site working and understand what's useful.

Business listing information

Company listings in the directory are built from publicly available business information (such as name, address, phone, and ratings). If you own a business and want a listing corrected or removed, see Contact us.

Why we collect it and how we use it

• To follow up about a quote, a listing claim, or your message.
• To operate, secure, and improve the directory.

We do not sell your personal information.

How your form data is stored and shared

When you submit a form, the information is sent securely to our servers and stored in our customer relationship management (CRM) system, GoHighLevel, which we use to manage and follow up on enquiries. Your submission is tagged by type (for example, a homeowner quote request, a listing claim, or a general contact enquiry) so the right person can respond.

We may share your information with:

• Local HVAC companies — when you ask to be matched for quotes, we share the details needed for a pro to contact you.
• Service providers — trusted vendors who help us run the directory (such as our CRM and hosting), under agreements that limit use of your data to providing those services.
• Legal and safety — when required by law, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal or recordkeeping obligations. When it's no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it.

Your choices and rights

You're in control of your information. You can:

• Opt out of further contact at any time — reply “STOP” to a text, use the unsubscribe link in an email, or email us.
• Access or correct the information we hold about you.
• Request deletion of your personal information.

Children's privacy
